Meal Prepping with Chef can be so easy! Once we agree upon a menu, delivery or pickup is set for Sunday between 10am - 12noon. I can accommodate various lifestyles: Vegan, Vegetarian Low Carb (KETO), Just good food to keep your time balanced

Meal Prep with Heelz 

Needing healthy balance meals to help balance your life, or add more time to your daily life and routine. Healthy, great tasting meals prepped in home or delivered to you fresh. Having a personal chef is all about how you want to look at your investments, and this is one investment I think everyone should have. Having me come out to your home and cook prepped meals, or deliver prepped meals will equal or fall shorter than you going out to eat everyday. It all depends on how you look at the value.. Get the bragging rights to say you have a personal chef and someone on your team who is dedicated to seeing you successful and fulfilling all of your life and fitness goals. Everything begins and end with food, what we put in our bodies, how our body reacts to certain eating habits, which can create disease and famine of a nation. Helping you and your family understand the importance of eating healthy, balance and proper porportions and how to bring fun and love back to the family through food and home is my goal.

$200 for 10meals lunch & dinner ( 5 meals types)

To add breakfast :  $25 (3 types )

To add snacks 6 for $25

 How it works ?

​

You're seeking a meal prep service that can provide you with quality fresh prepared meals that you can eat on during the week. You find Chef Ashonti and want to start this week. I shop for you, prepare everything for you to pick up and put in your fridge. 

Upon filling out my New Client Questionnaire and finalizing your menu for the week we get you setup for a pickup in Lewisville or delivery to your home. Payments should be in by Friday at noon at the latest so Chef can shop Friday and marinate food and prep for Sunday meal prep. There is a bi yearly container fee of $50 and this covers your meals and containers the duration of your time as me being your prep chef.

Menus are custom made and sent or posted by Tuesday each week. The Menu can be tweaked some based on your needs for your meal plan. Just talk to Chef and let her know.
